We've had a wonderful experience with RAL Builders. The owner, Phil, came out to look at our space and discuss our needs and wants. He came back with a proposal that included three different design options, including one that dealt with our challenges very creatively. We chose the more expensive option, because it addressed all our concerns and because the price difference wasn't actually that big. Service was great. They originally had estimated a 6-week lead time before our project would be started, but they ended up having an opening in their schedule and they were here within a week of signing the papers to begin installation. The bulk of the job was done by a two-man crew, led by Brian, and they were very courteous and patient with our questions. It took about a week to install the patio cover (with two ceiling fans and dimmable rope lights around the perimeter), and it turned out beautifully. We love it and can hardly wait for nicer weather so we can enjoy it more. I strongly recommend RAL. This is not one of those companies that only installs square or rectangular, snap-together, cookie-cutter shade structures. This is a company that provides creative, custom solutions at a fair price and with excellent service

We used RAL for our patio cover installation. Scott came out and provided a detailed quote along with giving recommendations. Once we had time to think about it with no pressure, I reached back out and agreed to proceed...he immediately came back out with the drawing to sign the contract and made the process super easy. He gave me timelines and what to expect. We were mailed a "welcome" packet about 2 weeks later with the RAL promise etc. (we found this to be very professional and going the extra mile). After the build was done, we had electrical complete the project a few days later and we are super happy with the end product. I would highly recommend RAL!

Recently RAL Builders installed our patio cover/car port. The overall experience was exceptional. The installation team worked seamlessly together and had it up in record time. There was not a thing to clean up afterwards. The electrician was very nice and very competent. Whenever we had questions, we received an immediate answer or response from the very friendly and competent office staff.
